Kate Cousens is a confidence coach who brings a refreshing and enjoyable approach to her work.

With over two decades of experience climbing the corporate ladder in the field of Corporate Communications, she held senior leadership roles with major organisations such as McDonald’s, The Environment Agency, and Eddie Stobart.

Taking a leap of faith into self-employment, she has been working since 2018 as an advisor to small and medium-sized businesses. As the Co-Founder of DICE Business she assists people managers in growing their leadership capabilities and building organisations with positive cultures that people truly enjoy working in.

Passionate about personal development, Kate is certified by the International Coaching Federation. She loves sharing her knowledge with others, a passion she channels into her books, "Ladder Climbing in High Heels" and "Don’t Dim to Fit In," as well as her podcast "Can-Do & Confident".

Beyond her professional life, Kate is a devoted Mum and Step-Mum to three teenagers, residing in Cheshire in the UK.
