What would you do now if you weren't afraid?

Imagine your future self for a moment - you know, that amazing, happy, successful version of you that exists 5, 10 or 15 years from now. She's pretty cool, right? Maybe she's running her own business, or has a really great job working for an organisation where she is really valued, surrounded by fab people. Outside of her working life she is really fulfilled and has great friends and does lots of fun things. 

Well I am here to remind you that the stuff you do today, tomorrow, this week, month and year are the things that are going to help you get closer to that version of you. The trouble is that we are doing lots of things that actually get in the way of us taking action on things that would get us closer to our true desires. 

We tell ourselves excuses like we are too busy, we don't have enough time/money/energy, and we will get round to getting started next week/month/year. I'm not saying you're not busy - we are all juggling a million and one things - but are we really too busy for even the teeniest, tiniest baby steps we could take today that would help us to move closer towards what we want?

I know that there are many of you who are hiding behind these excuses because you are actually really afraid. And I know that because I have been there and got the t-shirt! We are afraid of being visible and putting ourselves 'out there' too much, of getting out of our comfort zones, of putting our head above the parapet and shining. It's easier for us to stay playing small, to stay in the shadows, to keep dimming our light so that we fit in. 

It's time to stop that from happening! 

I am launching a brand new, online Leadership Mindset Academy for women who are ready to stop playing small and start moving towards the future version of themselves that they know they want to be. 

In this programme we will get really focused on what is getting in your way of achieving your goals. We are going to push through your self-limiting beliefs, mindset blocks, and identify the self-sabotaging behaviours that are blocking your success. 

You will learn the wide variety of practical tools and techniques that I have personally used to overcome my own adversities.

  • Work out what you really, really want from your life and how to take action towards getting there.

  • Forgive and let go of things that you can’t change, so that you can live with more inner peace and acceptance.

  • See that they are the CEO of your own life and explore the relationships you have with people around you.

  • Learn how to protect your energy so that you can give the best of yourself in every aspect of your life.

  • Reflect and reframe the relationship you have with yourself so that you can love and accept yourself just the way they are.

 

Ultimately I will uncover that inner confidence that is already inside of you so that you can stand out and shine, so that you can reach your highest potential.

You are the CEO of your own life - the power is in your hands.
